On the morning of March 12, Director Wang Yinquan of Zhoushan Port Administration and Navigation Bureau led a delegation to Zhoushan Xingshunhang's office for a working exchange. Li Chunsheng, Deputy General Manager of Zhoushan Xingshunhang, warmly received the delegation and held a meeting in the conference room.
At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy General Manager Li Chunsheng extended a sincere welcome to Director Wang Yinquan and his team. The exchange agenda was officially launched by playing the 30th anniversary promotional video of Huayang Group. Li Chunsheng introduced the development history, overall business layout of Huayang Group, as well as the positioning and future development plans of Zhoushan Xingshunhang within the Group.
Subsequently, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on advancing the construction of Zhoushan Maritime Service Base. Zhoushan Xingshunhang focused on business sectors such as terminal control, material supply, and crew training, elaborating on the current bottlenecks and difficulties in their work. Director Wang Yinquan made on-site adjustments and deployment arrangements for the raised issues, explicitly stating that the Port Administration and Navigation Bureau could set up an office within Zhoushan Xingshunhang's premises to implement a joint office model. This measure aims to break communication barriers between departments, achieve real-time information sharing, and enhance work efficiency.
Meanwhile, Director Wang Yinquan invited Zhoushan Xingshunhang to collaborate with the Port Administration and Navigation Bureau to sort out challenging issues in each business sector. The two parties would establish a joint working group to analyze each problem thoroughly with professional expertise and rich experience, formulating practical solutions to address them one by one.
This cooperative model fully reflects the positive attitude of both sides toward open collaboration and mutual learning, striving to create a maritime service system in Zhoushan that is "service-optimal, efficiency-highest, and cost-lowest," thereby enhancing Zhoushan's competitiveness in the global maritime service field.
The meeting yielded fruitful results, further strengthening the communication and collaboration mechanism between Zhoushan Xingshunhang and local government departments. This not only helps optimize the local business environment and promote the rational allocation of industrial resources but also provides strong support for Zhoushan Xingshunhang in resolving practical business challenges.
Looking ahead, Zhoushan Xingshunhang will seize the opportunity of in-depth cooperation with local governments to continuously consolidate this good relationship. By leveraging local policy advantages, the company will actively build a platform for introducing maritime talents, improve talent cultivation and incentive mechanisms, and attract more outstanding seafarers to Zhoushan. Simultaneously, it will continuously expand its business scope and explore innovations in emerging maritime service sectors, injecting continuous momentum into the high-quality development of Zhoushan's navigation industry and helping Zhoushan occupy a more prominent position in the global maritime industry landscape.
Representatives from the Labor Services Department, including Yiguocheng, and some colleagues from the Zhoushan office participated in the meeting.
