On January 21, 2025, a delegation led by Li Chunsheng, Deputy General Manager of Zhoushan Prosper Maritime Services Co., Ltd, and a delegation led by Wang Yibing, President of Zhejiang International Maritime Vocational and Technical College, jointly held an exchange seminar in the meeting room of Zhoushan Prosper Maritime. The seminar focused on in-depth discussions on how to further carry out school-enterprise cooperation, integrate production and education, as well as introduce and retain talents.
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Li Chunsheng elaborated on the business overview of Zhoushan Prosper Maritime Services Co., Ltd, emphasized the urgent demand for maritime talents, and expressed the willingness to jointly connect with municipal government departments with the college to discuss talent policies and resource sharing. President Wang Yibing responded that maritime majors, as the key development areas of the college, will continue to expand in scale. Meanwhile, the college hopes to strengthen cooperation with enterprises and deepen school-enterprise cooperation through forms such as order-based classes and enterprise scholarships. Both parties also conducted in-depth discussions on student examinations and local policies.
This meeting has further consolidated the cooperative relationship between Zhoushan Prosper Maritime Services Co., Ltd and local maritime colleges. In the future, company will continue to integrate with maritime colleges, enhance students' recognition of the enterprise, and actively explore new cooperation models.
