On March 12, Zhang Li, Director of the Zhoushan Municipal Port, Navigation and Port Administration Bureau, led a delegation to visit and conduct research at Zhoushan Prosper Maritime Services Co., Ltd. Director Zhang Li outlined the achievements of Zhoushan Port during the 14 Five-Year Plan period. In conjunction with the key work of the Port and Navigation Bureau for the 15 Five-Year Plan period, he pointed out that crew change services and ship supply provision will be prioritized as core components of port and navigation work over the next five years. He stated that this is not only an important measure to serve national strategies but also a key driver to enhance Zhoushan's international shipping service capacity.
Liang Tiancai, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to Director Zhang and his entourage. He provided the guests with a detailed introduction to the history and overall operations of Huayang Maritime Center Co., Ltd., as well as the background of the establishment of Zhoushan Prosper Maritime Services Co., Ltd. Zhao Xia, Deputy General Manager of Zhoushan Prosper Maritime Services Co., Ltd, delivered a special report on the progress of the Zhoushan subsidiary's core business operations.
Director Zhang Li spoke highly of the positioning of Zhoushan Prosper Maritime Services Co., Ltd, noting that its development direction is highly aligned with Zhoushan's urban development strategy. He emphasized that, as the competent industry authority, the Port and Navigation Bureau will attach great importance to the company's reasonable demands, fully provide service support, and foster a sound environment for enterprise development. He expressed the hope that the headquarters of Huayang will further increase its support for industries in Zhoushan, promote the agglomeration of more resources and preferential policies in the city, and facilitate the solid establishment, expansion and strengthening of the industrial chain in Zhoushan. He added that the company may communicate and coordinate with the Port and Navigation Bureau at any time regarding specific issues encountered in its development, so as to jointly address development challenges.
